I had attended this show several years ago with my niece who was then 10-years old. She is now 21 and we both loved it just the same. The performances have been updated, (I won’t give any spoiler alerts here), with some new features added while also maintaining all the wonder of some long-time favorites such as the classic March of the wooden soldiers.
My only complaints (thus the 4 and not 5 star rating) is that: 1) several people were openly recording the show with their phones raised as if at a rock concert. It was so obvious yet not one usher came by until one was summonsed by another guest who was equally annoyed by their view of the stage being blocked by the bright light of the other person’s cell phone screen; 2) the line for the restrooms was way too long for a venue of this size; and 3) I was disappointed that there was no printed program. It would have been nice to receive even a one-page document outlining the acts as a memento from the occasion. My seats were in the first 10-rows which I think add to the enjoyment, especially of the special effects.

In sum, it left me singing with a spirit of Christmas JOY!
